CAPTION TIME!

I suspect possibly Yakuza but not sure....

STOP TOUCHING IT! QUIT IT! HANDS OFF!

Obama, who breaks everything he touches (economy, military, etc.,) has appointed a new chairman for the economy, Alan Kreuger to help Obama keep effing up the economy while pretending to fix it.

Obama....go play golf some more.  Seriously.

In the meantime....partay about the new chairman!  Here's what I think!

Thought for the day....

More nonsense.....later evening pics.....

Maybe when we're not in a freefall as a nation and every thing is either media hype, speculative, fraud, or media-hyped speculative fraud, I'll have more to write.  So for now....the first pic is how I feel about the Obama Administration.....

SAVED by the dog from viewing porn!  WHEW!  Good boy!

This one cracked me up - took me a moment too....pathetic....

I *LOVE* THIS!

I think the last one should be optional - if its mandatory and you don't have to it disturbs the other passengers while you sit there, straining and waiting and you might have an accident......

Early Evening Pics....of GUNS!

I'm prettier.....deal with it....

Executing a tree at point blank range....

Le Gun.....and....yah....

Yes...be gentle...no hurting me....this might attract a mob.....She can beat me with the flog and then we'll go shooting together....I could go on, but I won't.....

Meanwhile in America....

Right To Carry......in public?

Okay - does the 2nd Amendment apply to carrying a gun outside the home?

"We think if there is a 2nd Amendment right outside the home, it surely applies to law-abiding citizens carrying handguns for self-defense while traveling on public highways," said Antigone Peyton, a Virginia lawyer.

Why wouldn't it apply outside the home?

Who owns the outdoors?

WE DO.

We are the public.  It belongs to us.  Not the government.  Is it administrated by the government?  Who is the government?  WE ARE.

Where was the 2nd Amendment written for?  America - or America only in the house?

Does this mean that freedom of religion and other amendments only apply in the home?

Does this mean that those who are not wealthy enough to afford a home are therefore denied their rights?

Is this a means of creating another caste system of feudal landlords where only property owners are allowed rights?

Just a thought.

Why chat is better......

In our house this is totally true.  There's so much chaos - with a wife with 7 brothers and sisters and however many in-laws and add to that children, cousins and their parents.....you'd BETTER have ADD just to keep up.  But with CHAT.......

First, Alligators in the Sewers....Now THIS!

SHARKS swimming in the streets after a hurricane!

I suppose, good thing this isn't down in the deep south, there'd be rednecks wake-boarding behind the SUV and trying to "jump the shark."

THATS RACIS....wait.....what?

Global Warming Climate Change deniers are the racists of our day....or will be remembered as racists.

O r LIKE the racists of the last century.....including all those who didn't vote for Obama who were the worst racists of all......or so says Al Gore.  I wonder if hating the state of our nation right now makes us racist too.

You know, even though I'm a devout believer in Christ - Al Gore's argument and sensationalism is about like the Evangelical Zealots who can't prove their point and have to resort to telling you you're going to go to hell for not believing in their point of view and when you die you're going to WISH you had listened to them.

Religiously speaking, "replenish the earth" is a commandment of God, but also religiously speaking we read of the elements being in commotion, seas heaving their bounds, earthquakes in diverse places and wars and rumors of wars to come.  That's not climate change.  Those are the signs of the last days.  Driving Toyota Priusesesesesssses and buying Al Gore's wind power isn't going to stop it.  Unless Al Gore is God and promises to stop it if we worship him.  Wait....I thought George Bush was doing all this from his ranch in Texas.   Hm.  I'm confused.

Oh well.  Maybe this will make more sense.  I wonder if Al Gore thinks they don't believe in Global Warming Climate Change and should be punished.

Late Night Pics....

Well...Oregon's summers are pretty mild.  So this 95F heat we've got here is just stifling to us. 85F at 10:30 at night is just not the program here. Though this would be a nice brisk fall day in some parts of the world.  I remember in Cuba one December night the temp getting down to 62F and we all had hats, gloves and coats on with the heaters turned on. Anyways, to help beat the heat - here's some pictures from a winter-wonderland....or two.....(Ice diving....not my thing....)

Thought so....

If *I* was flying, I'd take the F-35 over the F-18, but only so long as the gas is free and I don't have to pay for maintenance.  Good choice, Lieutenant Colonel!  I think you're right!

Star Spangled Banner Offensive....to a religious college.

A Mennonite college in Indiana has completely censored the star spangled banner at athletic events claiming it is too violent (hope they aren't playing anything like football).

Well, actually, what was happening to the Mennonites before they immigrated to America for religious freedom was too violent and oppressive and not in keeping with Mennonite values of peace.

If you don't know the story of the Star Spangled Banner's inspiration - it was more than just a poem written on a ship by Francis Scott Key about bombs bursting in the air.

During the War of 1812, the British had the US on its knees, and all that stood between them invading Washington DC with their navy and landing their troops and completing the overthrow of the country - was Fort McHenry.

Had the fort not held out....the US would have probably had to surrender and the war would have been lost and who knows what would have happened then.

Hence when you listen to the lyrics of the song...the song is a question about an uncertain battle at a time when America's future was not assured.

“I am committed to retaining the best of what it means to be a Mennonite college, while opening the doors wider to all who share our core values,” Brenneman said. “And I invite others to join us at Goshen College as we make peace in all of its forms, even with the national anthem.”
Art professor John Blosser told The Goshen News that there is much national pride at the school, but that most people aren't going to blindly accept what the country does.

Like....blindly accepting defending our freedom.

I get it - even the Quakers were pacifists who wouldn't fight - but - I believe God and Jesus Christ inspired and made this land free but it wasn't without sacrifice and that to fail to remember that is to fail to remember God.

Two Statues

For decades two statues, one male and one female, faced each other in a city park, until one day an angel came down from heaven and approached the statues.

"You've been such exemplary statues and done so well scaring off evil spirits from the park by just standing there for hundreds of years" the angel announced to them, "that I'm going to give you a special gift. I'm going to bring you both to life for thirty minutes, in which you can do anything you want." And with a clap of his hands, the angel brought the statues to life.

The guy and the girl statues looked at each other, and the guy statue asks, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" The girl replied "....You know it!" and they raced into the bushes.

The bushes were shaking and they could be heard "Grab it by the head! Yeahhhhhhh."  "Right there!" "Don't move!" "Oh my gosh that feels so good!" "Oh, I've wanted to do this with you for so long!" "Oh! This is better than I imagined - EVER!" "Oh, do it from the top again, on top on top on top!"

Fifteen minutes later, the two statues emerged from the bushes, wide grins on their faces and resumed their spots on their pedestals.

The angel reappeared and informed them they still had fifteen minutes.
The girl statue looked at the guy statue and said "Fifteen minutes, wanna go again?"
"Yeah!  This time YOU hold down the pigeon and I'll crap on its head!"

Winning Back Middle America....(a joke)

(Sent to me by Steve Smith...)

Nancy Pelosi called Harry Reid into her office one day and said, "Harry, I have a plan to win back Middle America in 2012!"

"Great Nancy , but how?" asked Harry.

"We'll get some cheesy clothes and shoes, like most Middle Class Americans wear, then stop at the pound and pick up a Labrador Retriever. Then, we'll go to a nice old country bar in Montana and show them how much admiration and respect we have for the hard working people living there."

So they did, and found just the place they were looking for in Bozeman , Montana

With the dog in tow, they walked inside and stepped up to the bar. The Bartender took a step back and said, "Hey! Aren't you Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi?" "Yes we are!" said Nancy , "And what a lovely town you have here. We were passing through and Harry suggested we stop and take in some local color."

They ordered a round of bourbon for the whole bar, and started chatting up a storm with anyone who would listen.

A few minutes later, a grizzled old rancher came in, walked up to the Labrador , lifted up its tail, looked underneath, shrugged his shoulders and walked out. A few moments later, in came another old rancher. He walked up to the dog, lifted up its tail, looked underneath, scratched his head and left the bar. For the next hour, another dozen ranchers came in, lifted the dog's tail, and left shaking their heads.

Finally, Nancy asked, "Why did all those old ranchers come in and look under the dog's tail?  Is it some sort of custom?"

"Lord no," said the bartender. "Someone's out there running around town, claiming there's a Labrador Retriever in here with two butt-holes!"

Hide your kids, hide your wives, hide your husbands....

A man in Cour d'Alene Idaho shot and killed a Grizzly bear on his property.  Now, he's being charged with a misdemeanor for it.

Grizzlies are a threatened species in the lower 48 states.

He "was concerned for the safety of his children playing outside when a mother grizzly and two cubs wandered onto his property on May 8.
Jeremy Hill has six kids, ranging in age from 14 years old to 10 months old. At least five were home when the grizzly was killed, Mike Hill said.
The bears had gone after some pigs in a pen that the kids had been raising, Mike Hill said.
He said his son shot one of the bears, then called authorities to notify them of the kill. The other two bears ran off.
He said his son could have just buried the animal and not said anything to law enforcement. He said his son is being penalized for coming forward."

Yah, I'd say he's justified.  After all, how do you think a grizzly would respond if Mr. Hill went and started poking around in the bear's home with its kids home?

The charge of killing a threatened species is punishable by up to a year in prison, a maximum fine of $50,000, and up to one year of supervised release.

Fortunately he's garnered a lot of support on this one, I think we'll see it tossed out but....still!  Come ON!

Time for Faster Food?

Apparently, in New York City, sit-down and dine-in isn't fast enough for some diners who want a time limit imposed  on diners who are too slow eating....so THEY can sit down.  How rude of the other diners who got there earlier to only think of themselves in their selfish dining!

http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2011/08/24/is-it-time-for-dining-time-limit-in-nyc-restaurants/

I guess this means restaurants like The Four Seasons where dinner can be over $500 and last nearly 3 hours need to become more like McDonalds. Start serving Fast Bass and Quick Quiche and a Speedy Steak rather than a dining experience that lasts.  Of course if I lived in NYC I might want to be someplace nice for a few hours as well....

When I was a waiter in Japan (Back in MYYY dayyyyy) the Japanese would often take 2 - 3 hours for dinner.   That entire time didn't require a water-refill either.

FASTER DAMMIT SO IIIII CAN EAT!  Better not friggin choke so I have to waste time doing CPR either! MOVE! STUFF IT!
My recommendation? How about people who are upset that the OTHER people are taking too long - make a reservation?   Learn to spend time with their family and cook at home?  Go someplace else?  Eat faster themselves and be an appropriate example?  Set a chess timer on their own table?  MAKE A RESERVATION?  Think of someone besides themselves?  MAKE A RESERVATION?  Just a thought.  Lots of ways this can be solved..... (Brought to you by Carl's Junior).

Sensitivity to Pedophilia.....

After researching this briefly, I'm a bit troubled.  A group called B4U Act apparently held a conference, not the first one it ever had I'm sure, made the news in its calls for sensitivity towards pedophilia - or sexual attraction to children - and there you have it.

A review of their website shows that they are not a credible source of info on sexual offenses - it portrays the pedophiles as victims and that their victim status is to blame for their sexual offenses.  Many issues/claims are taken out of context including citing research that's nearly a quarter of a century old and is incorrect to begin with, but is too old to be relevant anyways because now its false even if it wasn't then.  Others are just outright lies from sex-offenders typical of the psychopathy and culture of victim-hood in rehabilitation for convicted sex offenders.

Speakers also argued that people who are sexually attracted to children should have input into the decision about how pedophilia is defined in the DSM, which they said is supposed to be a guide to promote “mental health vs. social control.”

This right here smacks of the psychology of a sexual offender.

I don't know the entire context of the statements, but the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistics Manual of Mental Disorders) is a diagnostic tool.  It doesn't make any extensive recommendations as to treatment.  Further, this tool is for a clinician, it has nothing to do with social control.
This is typical of sexual offenses where an individual projects onto others the responsibility for their behaviors.  Isolation and ridicule are factors in sexual offenses, but we all deal with ridicule and isolation in our personal lives and this doesn't make us go slit our wrists or be sexually attracted to children.
On the flip side, I have personally seen sex-offenders turn their lives around and progress as human beings and leave the past behind and form healthy relationships.  But sensitivity to the issues, failing to be honest about the reality of the issue, and citing research out of context isn't valid/reliable/integrity/progress on the issue, nor is it a viable solution to the issue.

I call bogus on this group - bogus and dangerous.

More Female Sex Offenders in the News!

Having spent a lot of time working with sex offenders, the issue of female sex offenders is of particular interest to me because it is believed to be vastly under reported.  '

Female sexual abuse happens for a very different reason than male sexual abuse.   Although this instance is particularly disturbing because she was facilitating the destruction of another female - a child - and being a voyeur in it all.

The letter written by the woman is clearly in denial about her role and what happened - I'm not sure what to say in all this other than they are totally going to get eaten alive in prison when they go.

My point?  Evil isn't confined to any one gender.  I'm horrified to think of what this girls' psyche is going to be like in later years.....

DC Earthquake....

The DC Earthquake apparently occurred along a realtively unknown fault deep underneath Virginia known as Bush's Fault.

Great! Now lets focus a bit......

EARTHQUAKE! On the eastern US.  I wonder if this is due to women's cleavage being shown in the US as declared by some Imam in the middle east.  Anyways, I think George Bush is causing the quakes with the lever he has on his ranch - or it's Al Qaeda.

I'm all in favor of quakes though - just - if we could focus it specifically on wherever Obama is at - that would be great.  Like....his teleprompter falling down?  That'd be wonderful.  Or things falling on him?  Even better.  Him falling into a hole?  Best yet!

Obama vacation?

Here's a nifty montage on Pres. Obama's vacation in Martha's Vineyard. Some people (true patriots) are telling him to get the frick back to work.  Other numbskulls think he's earned the break because of his grey hairs....hey! I know people who have grey hair who haven't done jack squat! However, I disagree with both sides on this one (cuz I'm smarter).  I don't think Obama's competent to fix our problems as a nation.  Neither do I think he's earned a break.  So instead, I think he should be put on a timeout where he doesn't do anything more and just hang out until he's out of office.  This way we can put AMERICA on a vacation.....from....Obama!  2 years is plenty for that guy!   Heck....one day was plenty!

Human Flight....over the grand canyon.

When I was a kid, I put wings on my bike hoping that the trip down our hill would be enough to get me airborne.  Being only 11 at the time, the concept of how to steer or control the thing hadn't even entered my brain.  Good thing it didn't work!  Later I helped build an ultralight with some friends - unfortunately our test pilot - a pilot himself - rather than taking the time to work everything out in an orderly and systematic test flight, went right up and came back down and hasn't been the same since.

At any rate, human flight has eluded man for centuries only being achieved in this last one to any extent to be practical.  Anyways, now - we just now have the ability to return to the basics and fly.....as man.  The music is beautiful but the scenery is breathtaking.... can you imagine this being you and actually doing this?

Putin Vs. Obama....

I was thinking the same thing....gotta love Colbert!

Why It Is Important to Learn Cursive Handwriting......

We know that because of advances in technology, our schools are moving away from teaching cursive and handwriting all together.

Big mistake.  BIG mistake.

Let me tell you why.

Our founding documents for our country and much of the first two centuries of our country's legal and historical paperwork was hand-written and very often in cursive.

Historical studies show that civilizations which are unable to access, read or even have records of their foundings ultimately perish.   Losing sight of where they've been, why they came to be, where they were headed - they lose sight of even where they are and ultimately become unable to determine their destiny as a nation and a people.   Ultimately - civilizations like this collapse and have collapsed so many times.

What about transcribing everything though so nobody has to read it in cursive?

Too much like the dark ages when only clergy and royalty could read and thereby ideas were suppressed and the transferrence of knowledge was severely limited impacting a society for an entire millenia!

On a practical note, I do genealogical work and one of the things I do here and there is read old documents that have been scanned and transcribe them into computer databases so they can be searched by others.  Other times, I search through others' transcriptions until I can find the original documents and verify their contents.  I am looking at things like land grants, wills, property records, marriages, legal rulings, ship passenger manifests, passports, draft notices, draft cards, medical records, ship freight manifests, warrants, court records and letters - none of which I could do if I didn't know how to read and write cursive.  Some of those records are important to me personally as some of them hold rights to me personally today to land and property and even scholarships and grants for my schooling through various historical societies.

Everyone needs free access to our past, our writings and documents.  The best way to make this possible is to not have to rely on the integrity of others to do it for us, but to be able to do it ourselves - and our children be able to do it for themselves.   I wouldn't rely on Obama or Supreme Court Justice Kagan or Attorney General Eric holder to tell my kids what they say or even what they mean.

Cursive isn't about just writing - it's about reading - its about our freedom being understood and preserved!

cartoon violence.....

LOL....I love the "graph" info at the bottom.....HAW!

Ancient fossils prove there was life on earth.....

wow.....how about you're reading my blog being proof of life?

Anyways, so these fossils indicate that there was bacteria life then - just like now - and some of them also processed sulpher instead of oxygen - just like now.

This is the trouble with evolutionary theory.

The main problem is you're using an abductive methodology / inductive methodology.   You can't recreate the circumstances, so you use your best science to make a guess from the pieces you put together and hope you got it right with no real way to absolutely check your work.  And then it gets taught as an absolute fact in schools with no education on what might be flawed with the methodology....and then they vote democrat.

Unlike an experiment....where we recreate what happened and while we get the cause/effect right - hope we get the "why" right - evolutionary theory leaves a lot unanswered and yet people go rushing off a cliff like lemmings just like they did when the earth USED to be flat and USED to be the center of the universe.....science has been wrong more times than religion, I tell ya!

Penile Cancer?

Never heard of it......but then neither did this guy and he just woke up with his member gone and no consent after the circumcision decision to treat inflammation in his member - and found out - he had penis cancer supposedly.

This would suck.

And then there's this guy who risks his member just for laughs on the farm....(At least that's what I think about losing in this case....)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-14619926

And....another celebrity dolt.....

John Cleese as "Tim.....the enchanter."

See....I *really* liked Morgan Freeman.....until now.   Actually, I *REALLY* liked John Cleese as well, until he waxed philosophical on some conspiracy of 9/11 and how Bush pushed the button as well.  Now I just love their acting but would rather they just stuck to acting.

Morgan Freeman ran into Obama at some golf course and anyways after Freeman told Obama what to do about his re-election yadda yadda. (BTW - Freeman has genuine slave blood in him, and a freed-slave name, "Freeman" - much more than that half-white Kenyan impostor who's never suffered so much oppression as he has when he became president and didn't get his way immediately after living a gifted life of Ivy League Schools and foreign education)dsf

Morgan Freeman.....well....Morgan the actor
On Obama’s chances for re-election Freeman added, “If I could vote for him 1,000 times, I would.”

“I think he’s been horribly sandbagged, and it makes me so angry,” he said.

Yeah.....say your lines Morgan, look pretty for the camera, and while I respect your opinion, you were horribly wrong about Obama and are either seriously in denial or....just don't get it.

Say your lines....

1st Amendment survives another day!

The FCC has finally struck down the language of the Fairness Doctrine! Whoohoo!

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0811/61851.html

Doesn't mean Obama isn't going to try to regulate the internet though to kill off bloggers like me.

I'm only at about 500 hits a day though here, not a big threat to the world. Heck, you can't even run a newspaper with only 500 subscribers! But at any rate, I have refrained from advertizing because I don't want the government to tax me on blogging so they can shut me up - I only have a donation for my Dr. Pepper habit and a donation link for the Muscular Dystrophy Association - that's it!

At any rate....this is awesome. Free Speech survives one more day!

Boat sonar....

For my boat...I'm shopping, just thought I'd post this so I don't forget to look at it later.

Musings on America......talking to people.....

As I reflected on the race wars in the US after last night's post, something keeps coming back to me.

I see blacks who aren't from this country - they were born in Africa or - somewhere not on this continent.  But I can see the difference between them and the blacks in this country just when they stand on a street corner.

They look happy.

They look glad to be here.

They look optimistic.

I was a translator for some political refugees from Africa at one point in my kaleidoscopic-colored and pattered life - much of Africa speaks French (HEY! I speak French!) and so I got to translate for them and help them assimilate into their lives in the U.S.

The Father, Mr. Denou, was a Command Sargent Major in the war in Togo over their army forces.  He commanded several hundred thousand men, and with his children.....now....in a strange land, no bombs, no gunfire, no war, he was a janitor at night at one of the schools in New Orleans.

He pushed his kids to learn English and to be grateful they were here.

But the man knew what it was like to work.  He knew what an opportunity it was for them to be here. He knew that for where they were from, coming to the U.S. simply doesn't "just happen."  He didn't speak much English, he spoke a tribal dialect and French and pushed himself to be out so that he could provide for his children.

Interestingly, one night at Safeway in Beaverton, the African man at the checkout line had a French accent and I asked him "D'ou vous etes?" (Where are you from?).  He told me from Togo in Africa.

I related that I knew the Denou family from Africa in New Orleans.  He asked "De-Nou?" I said, "Yes!" and he said "I came here with him!  We were close friends!  How is he?"

Is it a small world or is it a small world?

Anyways, it was so interesting talking with Mr. Denou on the matters of Race in America.

He remarked on the race issues "That was so long ago.  We have so much here.  We need to be grateful.  It happened a long time ago, we need to look to tomorrow and count our blessings.  There are problems no matter where you go but this is the land of opportunity.  You can be or do anything here."

Just yet another voice I've gotten to hear in my lifetime to add to my experiences.

I did meet a man who worked with the US military rocket program after WWII and worked with Warner Von Braun even and got to hear a first-hand account of what it was like to work with the Nazi's who became Americans after the war as well.

Not much to relate on that so I suppose I'll put it here.  He did note that the Nais were much smarter than the Americans, and so were the communist scientists who defected.  He said that the U.S. was spending tons of money on inertial guidance systems and the like for their rocket and missile programs and the Nazi scientists were asking "why don't you just point the damned thing the way you want it to go and then fire it rather than having it change course immediately after lift-off?  We could have this done already if we'd just simplify it."

Its amazing if you talk to people who you'll meet.  Even the most ordinary every-day people may have a fascinating story to tell.  I've met people who's grandparents were slaves, others who's grandparents fought in the War Between the States.  And much much more.

Just a thought.....

Still like the trumpet on this....US 3 Cantaloop

Only funny part is there's two videos, one has the trumpet player as a white guy - the other as a black guy....
Jazz is something I always struggled with on the trumpet so anyone who can make it sound good like this guy gets a thumbs up from me....

Speaking of Jazz...while I hate the racist crap of Obama and his derelicts, I did come to love the black culture that I got let into in my time in the south.  Only because I was a missionary was I even allowed in some parts of the city and came out without a body bag around me.  I learned about Big Mamma and all that stuff and who she was in every ward and so on.

What's that got to do with Jazz?  Well...I did come to see things from the black perspective - or at least see what they see in the world today.  If you talk educated, you're not black enough, if you talk like a thug you're just a clown and never goin to go nowhere, people won't ever see past your color....or so the overwhelming view is to them. If you do get educated and talk like it - many will think you're a sellout to your race.....you just can't win!  I spent a lot of time trying to get the kids to join the military to get out of hood and gang life.  They told me so often they couldn't handle being yelled at (Seriously??? Don't get married if that's the case!) or being shot at.  I noted that..."um....bro?.....you just got shot at twice this week....but in the military....it's legal to shoot back, and they give you some sweet weapons to fight back with and they buy your ammo for you....how about it?"

But one thing they are good at is *feeling* their music.  I'd listen to the kids "flow" on the street corners and put their heart and soul into their music they'd put out in the hood.  I'd listen to the Second Line's and their gospel choirs - and when they sing - there's something in the music that's centuries old that comes out in them when they sing - or do any music.  It's very much *them* in the music - it is an outlet where they pour it out and pour it on and they are good at it.  Which is why....Jazz started I believe with the black musicians.

But I'm wondering, as rough as it is in some ways just "being black" in some places, cases and situtations, I wonder if they would ever get to truly be themselves had their ancestors just been left off in Africa......or is it being in a world where everything seemingly tells you you don't fit in that you truly have a chance to shine....like in Music like US3? (Not saying US3 is the tormented-by-their-color-types - just making an observation).

They didn't do it.....

Okay....in the wild and wacky world of Iranian politics, two American hikers were sentenced to 8 years of prison for spying on Iran after they hiked into Iran's border on accident.

Let me tell you.

If they had actually spied for the U.S. they wouldn't be getting a measly 8 years in prison.  No.  Iran would be demanding all sorts of stuff, exchanges, concessions, would be using them for intelligence - this would be BIG news.

I wonder if the hikers know if you want anything from a Muslim you need to get them to swear to you with an oath to Allah they will fulfill their promise to you if you want results.

Slow down you Kenyan weasel....slow down slim.....

Hear me out on this one.  Seriously.  Gimme 3 minutes or so on this.

Okay - so the Obama Regime Dictatorship Empire Kingship CommunistParty Grand Exalted Leader Administration Regime (it fits) is up in the air over delaying the Obamacare law being heard by the supreme court AFTER the 2012 elections, because if it is deemed unconstitutional it will be damning to his re-election prospects (Like anyone's gonna vote for 10% unemployment again - they did the first time around when he said "To get my plans to work we're looking at a peak of 8% unemployment" who the frick would vote for that???? Apparently....millions of idiot and ignorant Americans would and did).

Okay - but here's the thing.  If Obama's so sure of this thing, why not have it heard now?  Why is he afraid of the courts?

I thought this thing was a slam dunk, everyone wanted it - never mind 26 out of 50 states (25 is half - 26 is more than half the states) have now actually SUED the federal government to have this undone (while the federal government sues Arizona over immigration).

26 STATES.
Not counties.
Not cities.
Not senators.
Not people.
Not politicians.
Not representatives.

TWENTY.  SIX. STATES.

Here's the other problem.  If it's NOT struck down, with his popularity in the toilet, you've got someone like Romney running who's already campaigned on "Obamacare's dead the day I take office" - so this thing's got a snowball's chance in hell of surviving right now (of course hell may have frozen over when the New Orleans Saints won the superbowl in 2010).

Okay - here's the part that's enough to piss off the Pope on Easter (forgive me for the analogy - I'll go say a Hail Mary for it).

Okay - so the rat-bastard commie is all about giving executive fiat to let the illegals stay in the country now and bypassing congress to do it at any rate.

What do illegals do?

Hmmmm, is it - pay taxes?

Nooooo.

Is it improve our education system with their wonderful English speaking abilities?

Nooooo.

Is it clog up our emergency rooms and suck our health care system dry because they aren't insured and don't want to pay the bills so they use the frigging ER for stupid stuff like having a cold?

YES YES YES! DING DING DING!

Okay - so - we all know this is the case.

Then why the HELL doesn't the healthcare law apply to illegals who are NOT REQUIRED to buy insurance.

Yet - he says this about the law and why its so muy importante that everyone (except muslims and illegals) have it and I quote: "You can't not have health insurance," the president continued, "then go to the emergency room, and each of us, who've done the responsible thing and have health insurance, suddenly we now have to pay the premiums for you. That's not fair."

What the F*** Chuck???

So.....Mexicans - COME TO AMERICA - SUCK OUR HEALTHCARE DRY! and yet - AMERICANS! You're the reason our healthcare is being sucked dry so we have to force you to participate!

Yah.....

This is gonna get struck down and they know it.  Without the individual mandate the system doesn't work and the entire thing has to be re-written all over again.  THANK GOD!  I don't think this can or will ever happen again - I believe I see this monstrosity dying and perhaps our Nation Under God surviving another day by the grace of God and because of the stupidity of corrupt politicians.
